Standard Mode: Find Final Price
If a jacket originally costs 1000 and is 20% off, the calculator finds the discount amount by multiplying 1000 × (20/100) = 200. It then subtracts that 200 from the 1000 to give you a final price of 800.
Reverse Mode: Find Discount Percentage
Sometimes a store just says "Was 1000, Now 800" without telling you the percentage. Toggle to the "Find Discount %" mode, enter those two numbers, and the tool will instantly tell you that you're getting a 20% discount.
